A Murder Mystery: Two Boys on the Tracks Part 2
A Story Explaining Some of the Clinton Body Count and the Iran-Contra Affair
Roger Clinton and Cocaine
Bill Clinton's half brother Roger Clinton was a thorn in Bill's presidency.
For instance, in 1999 Roger accepted $50,000 and a Rolex watch from a the children of a member of the Gambino crime family. The member of the Gambino crime family in question was one Rosario Gambino, a convicted narcotics trafficker. He was serving a 49 year sentence at the time. The gift was given with the intent that President Clinton would pardon him.
Rosario Gambino was indeed put on the list for potential pardons but was ultimately never granted one.
Roger was later investigated by Congressional committee over claims that he was paid to help secure presidential pardons. "Roger denied accepting any money for pardons but acknowledged recommending up to half a dozen 'dear friends' for clemency. No wrongdoing was uncovered."
In 1984, Catherine Nicole Cowan was up for drug charges in New York. She had smuggled $30,000 worth of cocaine, which she had purchased in Venezuela, in order to sell to students at a Connecticut prep school.
Cowan's lawyer was William R. Wilson, "a longtime Clinton campaign contributor who had tried cases and shared legal fees with the governor's wife, Hillary Clinton." At the time the Cowan extradition matter was pending, Wilson was defending the governor's half-brother, Roger, on federal cocaine charges.
Roger was caught in a sting operation and was convicted to distribute cocaine in 1985.
In 2001 before leaving office, Bill Clinton gave his half brother Roger a presidential pardon.
Roger also landed in hot water in 2015 during his sister-in-law Hillary Clinton's failed presidential run when it emerged that he had used his brother's name to win a $100,000 consulting contract with a company looking to build houses in Haiti following the devastating 2010 earthquake.

Gennifer Flowers - Bill Clinton's Lover
In 2008, Gennifer Flowers came out as one of President Bill Clinton's many lovers. She disputed the White House statement regarding Bill Clinton not having used cocaine on a Rush Limbaugh show.
“I know that Bill was using cocaine. He talked to me about that. I do know that Hillary Clinton knew, at a point, that Bill was doing cocaine. She demanded that he stop. I asked him what he was going to do and he said 'I'm gonna stop,” said Flowers, who dated that particular incident to “around 1984, 1985.”

Even The Atlantic Published A Story
Here are a few excerpts from The Atlantic article. Of course, they were trying to discredit the rumors.
There is no doubt that Clinton's brother, and some of his fundraising circle, used cocaine. Furthermore, Clinton was at least briefly at parties where some people, possibly in other rooms, used cocaine. Big deal. There cannot be many politicians of the 1970s and 1980s of whom that could not be said.
If there are police files about "the parties with the teenage girls and tortured prostitutes," they, too, might have been leaked. Similarly, were Clinton in the least concerned with lining his pockets, we would know by now.
A Plane Stolen From Joplin, Missouri
There was even this story regarding a plane stolen from Joplin, Missouri which ties the Iran-Contra Affair to the Clinton’s. It ended up being connected to Jackson Stephens.
Jackson Stephens was a financier and political king-maker from Arkansas. He had helped raise more than $100,000 for Clinton. Furthermore, Stephens' bank, the Worthen National Bank, extended Bill Clinton a $2 million line of credit in 1992.
It was Jackson Stephens who brokered the arrival of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). This bank became an institution for global criminals and drug peddlers in 1977.
If you read the article, you will find even more names and connections to the Clintons including Barry Seal and Oliver North.
Counter Punch: Clintons, Contras and Cocaine
The Kerry Committee Report
In 1989, a report was released titled Drugs, Law Enforcement and Foreign Policy as part of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee's Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics, and International Operations. It was named the Kerry Committee Report after John Kerry.
The report found that "the Contra drug links included... Payments to drug traffickers by the U.S. State Department of funds authorized by the Congress for humanitarian assistance to the Contras, in some cases after the traffickers had been indicted by federal law enforcement agencies on drug charges, in others while traffickers were under active investigation by these same agencies."

The International Court Trial
In 1986, a court case Nicaragua v. United States was held in the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The claim was that the US had violated international law by supporting the Contras.
The final verdict was that the US was "in breach of its obligations under customary international law not to use force against another State", "not to intervene in its affairs", "not to violate its sovereignty", "not to interrupt peaceful maritime commerce", and "in breach of its obligations under Article XIX of the Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation between the Parties signed at Managua on 21 January 1956."
So what was the US response? They didn't participate in the proceedings and blocked enforcement of the judgment by the UN Security Council.
Instead President Bush Sr. ended up giving many of those involved presidential pardons.

The Mystery of The Green Tarp
I didn't really highlight this part of the story but every witness talked about this green tarp. From the guys working on the train to the EMTs to the witnesses, they all talked about it.
Every official asked about the green tarp as evidence has denied its existence.
The parents of both boys all say that they never owned a green tarp. So if it wasn't owned by the boys and no one knows where it came from, what was it doing there? And why would it be such a crucial piece of evidence that it would just disappear?
All the physical evidence and reports have either gone missing or have been tampered with. Even the coroner was bought off to say that the deaths were anything but murder. So what could be important about a green tarp? What would be so damning about it? And what would it point to if found?
Here is what we know. There were two boys killed. Nobody wants to investigate it because either they are part of what is going on, they are threatened, or they are murdered.
A bunch of witnesses say some kind of law enforcement killed the two boys. But this description was vague.
I dismissed this at first and didn't include it, and that was my mistake, but there are also rumors of men in camouflage running around those woods for quite some time near where the boys died. It was not until I read in one of the articles that even a police officer saw one of these guys and shot at him that I started to take this seriously. But even then, I didn't realize the significance of this testimony.
Later on, we find out that Adler Berriman "Barry" Seal is flying in and out of Mena Airport in Arkansas. His cargo is drugs. During his flight path, he drops said cargo (drugs) at specific drop zones which include landmarks like train tracks. Somebody is in the woods (possibly in camouflage to better hide from prying eyes) and picks up that cargo.
So what was so significant about this green tarp that if found would have shown a light on these activities? Well, no one knew about the Iran-Contra Affair at the time. They had just heard rumors. So they didn't know about the planes and they didn't know about the drugs being dropped out of the planes. They just knew there was drug activity going on.
So what if it was not a green tarp that everyone saw? What if instead it was something that looked an awful lot like a green tarp? Like maybe this...
When there is no forensic evidence on an object that couldn't be manipulated or hidden to look like something else, then it has to be the object itself that is the evidence.
It wasn't a green tarp.

Something interesting I remembered reading somewhere, I can’t remember exactly what it was but I think it was either the Mena, AR scandal or the whitewater real estate scandal. One of those stories was about to break, then Matt Drudge broke the Monica Lewinsky story…
I always wondered if the CIA leaked that scoop to Drudge, to protect Bill Clinton from the real dirty scoop that was about to break (Mena, AR or whitewater real estate.)
Then, if you remember, Matt Drudge turned on Trump all of a sudden and his web site went to shit, overnight.
Maybe he was controlled opposition the whole time?
They allowed him to operate and do his thing until they wouldn’t allow it anymore.
Clearly, Matt Drudge no longer runs that site!
And then if you remember. Andrew Cuomo and how he was putting COVID positive patients in nursing homes…
That caused the COVID death numbers in NY, to sky rocket!
Then, just about the time that story was about to break, one of Andrew Cuomo’s staffers accused him of “goosing” her and he was forced to resign.
But, the really dirty scoop about the COVID patients being sent to nursing homes which actually was the reason NY had such a high COVID death count, never broke…
However, it’s just a thought!
The CIA is pretty good at smoke and mirrors.
