Foundations of a Global Empire Part 1
The Plan to Create the United Nations as a One World Government
“To know your Enemy, you must become your Enemy.” — Sun Tzu
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Ephesians 6:12
We are not fighting a battle against a foreign enemy. We are fighting a battle against ourselves.
Let's begin...
The Security of a World
>> THIS IS THE SECURITY YOU ASKED FOR.
But this present window of opportunity, during which a truly peaceful and interdependent world order might be built, will not be open for long. Already there are powerful forces at work that threaten to destroy all of our hopes and efforts to erect an enduring structure of global interdependence.
— David Rockefeller at the Business Council for the United Nations on September 14, 1994

It was during World War II. Nations stood in ruin. In a bid for security and peace, conferences were organized to ensure the world never experienced such devastation again. These conferences included:
The Declaration of St. James Palace, 1941
The Atlantic Charter, 1941
The Declaration by United Nations, 1942
The Moscow and Teheran Conferences, 1943
The Dumbarton Oaks Conference, 1945
Yalta Conference, 1945
The United Nations Conference on International Organization (aka The San Francisco Conference), 1945
This agenda led to the formation of the United Nations. Five vastly different countries drove this agenda. They became known as The Permanent Five.
China
France
United Kingdom
United States
USSR (Russia)
Five vastly different countries. Five vastly different governments.
China — Nationalist China and Communist China
France — Provisional Republic
United Kingdom — Constitutional Monarchy
United States — Constitutional Republic
USSR (Russia) — Socialist Republic
Being convinced that complete victory over their enemies is essential to defend life, liberty, independence and religious freedom, and to preserve human rights and justice in their own lands as well as in other lands, and that they are now engaged in a common struggle against savage and brutal forces seeking to subjugate the world...
Five vastly different countries. Five vastly different governments. Four vastly different scenarios.
We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.
— David Rockefeller

In 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation wrote a scenario planning exercise which demonstrated just this — four different scenarios. Four different possible future outcomes.
Clever Together — A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues
Hack Attack — An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge
Lockstep — A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback
Smart Scramble — An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems
The results of our first scenario planning exercise demonstrate a provocative and engaging exploration of the role of technology and the future of globalization.
— Judith Rodin, President of The Rockefeller Foundation
Below are some excerpts from Rockefeller Foundation's Scenarios For The Future Of Technology And International Development scenario planning exercise. Stop me if these seem all too familiar.
NOTE: I have included several articles below with the dates of they were published. Pay close attention to when these occurred. Timelines matter.
Clever Together and Climate Change
Clever Together:
A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues.
The recession of 2008-10 did not turn into the decades-long global economic slide that many had feared. In fact, quite the opposite: strong global growth returned in force, with the world headed once again toward the demographic and economic projections forecasted before the downturn. Countries raced to industrialize by whatever means necessary; the global marketplace bustled.
Undeniably, the planet’s climate was becoming increasingly unstable.
International coordination started slowly, then accelerated faster than anyone had imagined. In 2015, a critical mass of middle income and developed countries with strong economic growth publicly committed to leveraging their resources against global-scale problems, beginning with climate change.
In this particular scenario, the world is hit by an economic recession much like what we saw with the housing market crash. Left in its wake is an economic upturn and an increase in corporate global efforts and dominance — the kind which we saw during Trump's presidential years from 2016 to 2020. This, in turn, creates a global climate change crisis. The world, in response, mobilizes worldwide efforts to fight it.
It is almost like déjà vu.
This particular scenario planning exercise titled “Clever Together” resulted in huge government, NGO, and corporate controls in order to monitor and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Corporations disclosed their climate-related risks and greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Scores as part of their normal business.
Since the acronym “ESG” (environmental, social, and governance) was coined in 2005, and until recently, its fortunes were steadily growing. Across industries, geographies, and company sizes, organizations have been allocating more resources toward improving ESG. More than 90 percent of S&P 500 companies now publish ESG reports in some form, as do approximately 70 percent of Russell 1000 companies. In a number of jurisdictions, reporting ESG elements is either mandatory or under active consideration. In the United States, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is considering new rules that would require more detailed disclosure of climate-related risks and greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions. Additional SEC regulations on other facets of ESG have also been proposed or are pending.

Governments put pressure on its citizens to reduce waste, reduce energy usage, and reduce energy dependency.
With California moving into the worst phase of a historic heat wave, authorities Monday amplified their urgent call for residents to reduce energy use voluntarily or face the prospect of rolling blackouts.

There are increased investments in green energy and renewable sources. Because of this, new alliances and alignments are formed among governments, corporations, NGOs, and communities. International oversight entities like the UN, the World Economic Forum, and the Council for Foreign Relations take on new levels of authority.
A Republican lawmaker is introducing legislation Tuesday that would prohibit the federal government from making voluntary contributions to the United Nations Green Climate Fund.
Rep. Bob Good, R-Va., a member of the House Budget Committee, authored the bill — the No Taxpayer Funding for United Nations Green Climate Fund Act — in an effort to restrict the extent to which U.S. taxpayers fund global green energy projects. The so-called Green Climate Fund was established in 2010 to help steer funds from Western nations to the developing world for climate technology.

The elitists whose goal is to make our enslavement permanent claim that a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) should be used alongside a social credit system to completely control humanity. The International Monetary Fund chief wants to control what everyone is allowed to but using a CBDC.
The deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) recently explained how Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) can be programmed to determine what people are allowed to buy and insisted they should be used alongside a China-style Social Credit Score system. If humanity accepts a CBDC, the slavery we under now will become permanent with no escape.

There was an increase in food shortages and distribution disruptions. Better food distribution and better food sources became a focus.
According to a report by Global Market Insights, the US edible insect market topped $55 million in 2017 and is expected to grow to nearly $80 million by 2024.
Europe’s on track to do the same, while Asia Pacific nations are expected to eat $270 million worth of insects by the quarter of the century.
A growing demand for high quality protein, along with a movement toward sustainability and against processed foods, are a few of the reasons behind the growing popularity.

The conclusion to this particular scenario planning exercise paints a very grim and erroneous conclusion.
Rising consumption standards unexpectedly ushered in a new set of pressures: the improved food distribution system, for example, generated a food production crisis due to greater demand. Indeed, demand for everything was growing exponentially. By 2028, despite ongoing efforts to guide “smart growth,” it was becoming clear that the world could not support such rapid growth forever.

Hack Attack and Economic Crisis
Hack Attack
An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge
Devastating shocks like September 11, the Southeast Asian tsunami of 2004, and the 2010 Haiti earthquake had certainly primed the world for sudden disasters. But no one was prepared for a world in which large-scale catastrophes would occur with such breathtaking frequency. The years 2010 to 2020 were dubbed the “doom decade” for good reason.
Not surprisingly, this opening series of deadly asynchronous catastrophes (there were more) put enormous pressure on an already over-stressed global economy that had entered the decade still in recession. Massive humanitarian relief efforts cost vast sums of money, but the primary sources — from aid agencies to developed-world governments — had run out of funds to offer. Most nation-states could no longer afford their locked-in costs, let alone respond to increased citizen demands for more security, more healthcare coverage, more social programs and services, and more infrastructure repair. In 2014, when mudslides in Lima buried thousands, only minimal help trickled in, prompting the Economist headline: “Is the Planet Finally Bankrupt?
Rockefeller Foundation's Scenarios For The Future Of Technology And International Development
This particular scenario planning exercise starts off with a global economy crisis with banks and governments alike going bankrupt. And yet, is this scenario all that farfetched?
Since 2010 the US has been lurching from one crisis to another. This is not accidental. The wealth pump that kept the US at the top of the global pyramid has been sputtering as a growing number of nations have found ways to keep a larger share of their own wealth by expanding their domestic markets and raising the kind of trade barriers the US used before 1945 to build its own economy. The one question left is how soon the pump will start to fail altogether.
In short, America is bankrupt. Our governments from the federal level down, our big corporations and a very large number of our well-off citizens have run up gargantuan debts, which can only be serviced given direct or indirect access to the flows of unearned wealth the US extracted from the rest of the planet. Those debts cannot be paid off, and many of them can’t even be serviced for much longer. The only options are defaulting on them or inflating them out of existence, and in either case, arrangements based on familiar levels of expenditure will no longer be possible. Since the arrangements in question include most of what counts as an ordinary lifestyle in today’s US, the impact of their dissolution will be severe.

And there doesn't seem to be an end to stopping it — at least in regards to the United States' economic crisis.
In the United States, the banking crisis began nearly two weeks ago with the sudden collapses of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank over a three-day span. That sent shockwaves through the global banking system.
Regional banks with similar profiles to SVB, including First Republic Bank (FRC), PacWest (PACW) and Western Alliance (WAL), have teetered on the brink over the past week. Anxious customers have pulled tens of billions of dollars in cash from the smaller banks and placed them with bigger institutions that are better capitalized.

"After consulting closely with our allies and partners, with our military leaders and intelligence personnel, with our diplomats and our development experts, with the Congress and the vice president, as well as with [Afghan President Ashraf Ghani] and many others around the world, I concluded that it's time to end America's longest war. It's time for American troops to come home," the president said.

There is an increase in trade disputes and trade barriers.
The European Union is discussing a new sanctions mechanism to target third countries it believes aren’t doing enough to prevent Russia from evading sanctions, particularly those that can’t explain spikes in trade of key goods or technologies, according to people familiar with the matter.
The primary aim of the tool would be to deter countries from helping Russia and crack down on trade channels that Moscow may be exploiting, the people said. If that doesn’t work, the bloc would have the option as a second step of imposing targeted restrictions on key goods.

As the gap in the decrease in globalization widens, resources, which were originally forced to be outsourced by other countries, become more and more scarce. We start seeing global food shortages. Shortages in the energy supply. Limited resources to fulfill our markets. Society's safety nets start to disappear.
Geopolitical disputes heighten the shortages caused by the continuing pandemic. The supply problems have engendered pervasive nervousness and fear. The induced anxiety, translated into politics, has encouraged the belief that countries need to be self-sufficient. Analysts and policymakers have pushed for autarky or at least imagined splitting the world into competing blocs. They see the interconnectedness of globalization as a vulnerability, subjecting countries to powers and forces beyond national control.
The persistent supply chain crisis poses serious threats to societies everywhere, but the solution to this problem is not for governments to intervene more forcefully in the interest of securing resources, or to wind back globalization. It is instead to build resilient and diverse supply networks that don’t depend on one source and seek more—not fewer—connections throughout the world.
Consumers react to shortages like these in a predictable manner: they start to hoard as much as they can. They also start to buy inferior substitutes.

As a result, there is a sharp increase in trafficking — both in common goods and in black market items such as guns, weapons, drugs, and foreign operatives invading other countries.
The fentanyl trafficking supply chain is so dangerous it has created the leading cause of death in Americans ages 18 to 45.
More than 70,000 people died of a fentanyl overdose in 2021, according to the most recent federal data available. That's more than double the amount in 2019 and a large share of the nearly 107,000 drug overdose deaths in 2021.
Congressional Republicans have tied the fentanyl crisis to a surge of illegal border crossings, but Democrats say that is misinformation that conflates migrants seeking asylum with a dangerous influx of fentanyl trafficking.
Border Patrol and the DEA say the overwhelming majority of fentanyl is trafficked through legal ports of entry by U.S. citizens driving cars and commercial vehicles, hiding the illicit drugs among other goods.

Also, with the decrease in legal repercussions against criminal activity, internet scams and pyramid schemes become increasingly more prevalent and more sophisticated.
As data continues to be produced and stored in greater volumes, and as connectivity greatly expands globally on the internet, the attack surface has become more exploitable with gaps and vulnerabilities for criminal and nation state hackers. And they are taking advantage.
“Weekly cyber-attacks have increased worldwide by 7% in Q1 2023 compared to the same period last year. The Check Point report also shows that 1 in 31 organizations worldwide experienced a ransomware attack weekly over the first quarter of 2023."
In addition, key malware statistics for 2023 are adding to cybersecurity difficulties. It is estimated that 560,000 new pieces of malware are detected every day and that there are now more than 1 billion malware programs circulating. This translates to four companies falling victim to ransomware attacks every minute.
To top it off with more alarming statistics, so far almost 340 million people have been affected by publicly-reported data breaches or leaks in 2023.

Copycat and cheap knockoffs start flooding the market. Without the safety protocols that are in place for businesses, and their reputations on the line, some of these replacement products aren't made to industry standards. As such, this has an effect on the population, specifically in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Tainted vaccines and medicines are manufactured and distributed by countries and the World Health Organization.
The Maryland Department of Health provided an update Thursday to state lawmakers that included a timeline of issues surrounding a COVID-19 vaccine vendor. MDH said 873 people, including more than 100 inmates, may have received tainted COVID-19 vaccines from vendor TrueCare24. MDH said became aware in July 2021 of problems associated with TrueCare24 that included no documentation on the storage of its vaccines to confirm they were kept at the right temperature.

Underground markets and the ability to become more self-sufficient becomes a byproduct of this. With the loss of faith in things like food production and manufacturing and traditional medical services, advances are made in genetically modified crops (GMOs) and do-it-yourself (DIY) biotech and medicine.
These recent advancements are part of a larger pattern of events that ultimately depict a fundamental transformation in how people take care of their bodies — with autonomy. A trend that I am calling DIY (Diagnose it Yourself) Healthcare.
With DIY Healthcare, consumers are increasingly empowered to make decisions about their health and seek solutions to solve their problems without needing to see a doctor, or at the very least, without seeing one in person or synchronously.
As DIY healthcare increases in popularity, businesses will continue to collect data on the efficacy of their products and how they can prevent other costly medical problems down the line.

The gap between the ultra-rich and the poor increases sharply.
The world's 12 richest people added $36 billion to their fortunes on Thursday — and have now gained $264 billion in combined net worth this year.
The 12 tycoons on Bloomberg's list are collectively worth $1.4 trillion. That figure is about equal to Google-parent Alphabet's total market value, and equivalent to more than 5% of the US economy's GDP of $26.5 trillion last quarter.
Their combined wealth increase of $264 billion this year is in line with PepsiCo's market value, and roughly double Amazon's net sales last quarter. Meanwhile, the $36 billion of wealth they gained on Thursday rivals the market values of grocery giant Kroger and Taco Bell-owner Yum! Brands.
In this bleak reality, there is growing hope. This scenario planning exercise outlines an increase in feudalism. This is where I think they missed the mark. What they label as feudalism, could easily be described tribalism and the development of resilient self-sustaining communities. Grassroots movements become more prevalent in order to overcome the challenges they face.
The weakening of national governments also enabled grassroots movements to form and grow, creating rays of hope amid the bleakness. By 2030, the distinction between “developed” and “developing” nations no longer seemed particularly descriptive or relevant.

Lockstep and COVID-19
Lockstep
A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback
In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.
Rockefeller Foundation's Scenarios For The Future Of Technology And International Development
Does this seem fairly familiar to what we recently experienced with COVID-19? It strained economies, small businesses, and supply chains worldwide.
The pandemic blanketed the planet. The United State’s initial policy of “strongly discouraging” citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the U.S. but across borders. However, a few countries did fare better — China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter post pandemic recovery.
During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified.

Smart Scramble
An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.
The global recession that started in 2008 did not trail off in 2010 but dragged onward. Vigorous attempts to jumpstart markets and economies didn’t work, or at least not fast enough to reverse the steady downward pull. The combined private and public debt burden hanging over the developed world continued to depress economic activity, both there and in developing countries with economies dependent on exporting to (formerly) rich markets. Without the ability to boost economic activity, many countries saw their debts deepen and civil unrest and crime rates climb. The United States, too, lost much of its presence and credibility on the international stage due to deepening debt, debilitated markets, and a distracted government. This, in turn, led to the fracturing or decoupling of many international collaborations started by or reliant on the U.S.’s continued strength.

While our recession did not continue on after the Housing Market Crash in 2008, we did see a sharp increase in our economic debt.
U.S. House Republicans and Democrats showed no sign of surrendering their partisan positions after a briefing on the nation's $31 trillion debt on Wednesday, the day before President Joe Biden is due to unveil his 2024 spending plan.

A total of 24 nations are now looking to build a strategic alliance that will challenge the US dollar’s decades-long role as the world’s reserve currency.

Also, it predicts the rise of the 15-minute (or SMART) cities in a world of failing globalization as well as the growth for micro-manufacturing, communal gardens, and patchwork energy grids that meet community needs rather than those of large areas.
“Local” has become one of the most important labels in our supermarkets. It represents freshness and suggests images of small producers and farmers who produce our foods right in our community. Some people define local foods as those grown within a state, region, or a specific number of miles from where they are sold. For others it is more focused on their neighbor’s farm that is within walking distance.
The tide has turned, and now people are coming back to what Carlos Moreno... has dubbed the 15-minute city. This is the urban planning concept that is based on everything one needs should be within a 15-minute walk or bike ride. Neighborhoods that we can live, work, and thrive in without having to commute elsewhere. He points to the need to build more human urban fabrics that are safer, more resilient, more sustainable and inclusive and follows the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal number 11.

The world becomes cut off from itself and we almost step back in time... almost.
Why bring this up in an article dedicated to the creation of the United Nations and what it means for the United State? More than you could possibly imagine.
Foundations For A One World Empire
In April 1945, the United Nations Conference on International Organization was set up in San Francisco, California. It was to be attended by 46 nations. This conference later became known as the San Francisco Conference.
Excerpts from video:
They came to design together Machinery to end War a curse which in 30 years had killed 40 million human beings.
It is not the purpose of this currents to draft a treaty of peace in the old sense of that term. This conference will devote its energies and its labors exclusively to the single problem of setting up the essential organization to keep the peace. You have the right to a fundamental Charter.
Planned for at Casablanca, Cairo, Moscow, Tehran, Dumbarton Oaks, and Yalta.
Passion and Amendment of the proposals prepared at Dumbarton Oaks, each nation was represented on all four large commissions set up to work out the general provisions of the United Nations Charter and the actual structure of the General Assembly, Security Council and Judicial Organization. These committees were divided into smaller working groups -- 12 in all.
The Security Council will have five permanent members and six others elected by the general assembly for two years. It is to be the enforcement arm of the organization.
An International Court of Justice in permanent session will decide legal aspects of international disputes.
The Economic and Social Council will have 18 members elected by the General Assembly. Special agencies like the food and agriculture organization will be affiliated with it.
The Trusteeship Council for the advancement of territories held in trust will be part of the General Assembly. It will be equally divided between those nations which administer trust territories and those which do not
There will be a Secretariat to do the administrative work of the organization.
These Provisions were not easily arrived at they were hammered out of debate, stretched, and contracted by compromise. The result is a Constitution which is at the same time an expression of high ideals and of practical measures.
To be effective the Charter needs the active cooperation of people everywhere. The same efforts and understanding that went into the writing of the Charter will be needed to make it a working instrument.
To fulfill the mutual responsibilities of nations as set forth in the Charter.
To bring about free world trade and the Full Employment of man's productive resources.
Men and women of goodwill everywhere must come to know and understand one another.
in this Charter humanity has declared its united purpose to work towards those economic goals.
The Social and Economic Council of the United Nations organization gives the peoples of the world an instrument with which to promote a higher standard of living everywhere.
Through their delegates at San Francisco the member nations pledged to use that instrument.
They pledged two to stimulate the exchange of culture among peoples and in the words of the charter to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbors.
At San Francisco 50 United Nations reaffirmed their faith in the dignity and worth of the human person without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion.
The representatives of 2,000 million people [or simply put, 2 billion people] pledged to promote Freedom From Fear, freedom of expression, freedom from want, and freedom of worship.
Strong and effective machinery must guarantee that succeeding generations shall be spared such destruction. Therefore, at San Francisco the delegates of the United Nations took concrete steps to settle their disputes by peaceful means, to prevent threats to the peace, to suppress aggression, and pledge to place their Armed Forces at the disposal of the international organization.
For speedy combined action, Air Forces will be held immediately available. Final responsibility is vested in the powerful Security Council authorized to work swiftly and effectively with the aid of its Military Staff Committee.
This machinery was not designed without disagreement and dispute but the final blueprint had the unanimous approval of the participating delegates.
Here in the midst of war, the world's people collaborated in the drafting of a workable International Constitution. It was a conference to write a people's Charter opening with the words We The People of the United Nations, determined to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind.
And what did this United Nations Charter look like? Well, here is the United Nations Charter Preamble.
We The Peoples of the United Nations Determined
to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and
to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and
to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and
to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
And for these ends
to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbors, and
to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and
to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest, and
to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples,
have resolved to combine our efforts to accomplish these aims
Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco, who have exhibited their full powers found to be in good and due form, have agreed to the present Charter of the United Nations and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.
United Nations Documents: Preamble to the United Nations Charter
Whose Idea Was It Anyways?
Communists. Spies. People who committed espionage. High ranking people within our government, either through the US State Department or the US Treasury, who also had ties with communist Russia and communist parties. And they patterned the United Nations Charter after the Russian Constitution (which was under a communist regime at the time) and the Communist Manifesto.
Among the leading U.S. figures who were involved in the planning of the United Nations: Alger Hiss, Harry Dexter White, Virginius Frank Coe, Noel Field, Laurance Duggan, Henry Julian Wadleigh, John Carter Vincent, David Weintraub, Nathan Gregory Silvermaster, Harold Glasser, Victor Perlo, Irving Kaplan, Solomon Adler, Abraham George Silverman, William L. Ullman, William H. Taylor, and Dean Acheson. All of these men, were either communists, or had pro-communist sympathies.
How many communist spy rings does it take to sell the soul of a nation?
The Perlo Group
The Perlo Group, named after its leader Victor Perlo, was a group of American spies who provided government information to Soviet intelligence agencies during World War II. This information came from inside the War Production Board, the Senate La Follette Subcommittee on Civil Liberties, and in the United States Department of Treasury.
Victor Perlo worked for the US Department of Treasury. He was a lifelong member of Communist Party USA. He was forced to resign after allegations of espionage were made about him.
Harold Glasser worked for the US Department of Treasury. According to the Venona Files, a counterintelligence operation which exposed many of these Russian spies, he was a prominent part of the Soviet spy ring named the Perlo Group. According to the KGB archives, his contribution to Russia awarded him the Soviet medal Order of the Red Star.
The Ware Group
The Ware Group was named after its founder Harold Ware. It was then taken over by Whittaker Chambers after Ware's accidental death due to a car accident in 1935. These consisted of people who were members of Communist Party USA. They infiltrated the government through the Department of Agriculture during the Great Depression.
Alger Hiss worked for the US Department of State. He was accused of spying for the Soviet Union but wasn't charged with espionage due to the statue of limitations. He was later charged and convicted of perjury.
Harry Dexter White worked for the US Department of Treasury and was also the head of the International Monetary Fund. He was accused of using his position to infuse deep state American communist agents into the US Treasury Department. His name repeatedly comes up in connection to espionage in relation to the Soviet Union.
Under the code name 'Alieron', Abraham George Silverman worked inside the Pentagon and later for the US Department of Treasury. where he supplied documents to Soviet intelligence.
Abraham George Silverman, a wartime $10,000-a-year civilian official of the Air Corps, blocked for a second time today efforts by the House Committee on Un-American Activities to trace an alleged channel of passage of military secrets to Russia through a spy ring operating here in 1942.
Being as he was a lifelong member of Communist Party USA, Victor Perlo was also a member of this group.
The Silvermaster Group
Named after its leader , this group had ties to the US Department of Treasury, US Air Force, and the White House. It was the patterns of this group which exposed the depth of the espionage going on at that time. This was documented in the FBI's Silvermaster File.
Nathan Gregory Silvermaster worked for the US Department of Treasury. He was named the leader of a large Soviet spy ring which was all outlined in the FBI's Silvermaster File. He sent the Soviet Union large amounts of data regarding the United States production of arms and military equipment, such as aircraft. Here is an example of one such report.
Formerly part of the Perlo Group, Irving Kaplan moved to the Silvermaster Group and provided information on the War Production Board. He later worked for the United Nations until 1952. It is unclear (to me) whether he was ever tried for espionage.
Solomon Adler was previously a member of the Ware Group until he later became affiliated with the Silvermaster Group. Code named 'Sax', he supplied information to Communist China. He was later accused of deliberately causing inflation through obstruction of the measures that were meant to prevent it.
Under the code name 'Acorn', William H. Taylor was a member of Communist Party USA. He worked for the US Department of Treasury and later for the US Embassy in London. He was accused of giving information to Soviet intelligence orally.
William Ludwig Ullmann worked in the US Department of Treasury until he was later assigned to the Pentagon. He was never tried for espionage.
William Ludwig Ullmann, 45, also lived with Silvermaster in Washington when they were federal employees. In the basement of their home there, Ullmann kept elaborate photographic equipment. Given a Treasury job by Harry D. White, Ullmann later became an Army Air Forces major. Miss Bentley said Ullmann took and photographed war plans from the Pentagon. Ullmann used the Fifth Amendment to duck questions.

Virginius Frank Coe worked for the US Department of Treasury. Although originally implicated in being involved in espionage, he ended up identifying many members of the Silvermaster spy ring. This means he was using his position to identify and help prosecute these deep state agents who were engaged in espionage. If there is one criticism that I have in all of this, it is this. People didn't pay enough attention at the time.
Other Players
Noel Field worked for the US Department of State. He was arrested in Prague in 1949 for being a Soviet spy by the Czechoslovak secret police. When he was released in 1954, he stayed in Budapest until his death in 1970.
Laurance Duggan worked for the US Department of State. He fell from his window 10 days after he was questioned by the FBI about his Soviet ties. KGB documents which became public in the 1990's revealed that he was actually a Soviet spy.
While not tried or convicted of any crimes, John Carter Vincent, who was a Foreign Service Officer in the US State Department, came under intense scrutiny due to his associations. He was forced to resign because of his relationship with Russia.
Known for being the Architect of the Cold War', Dean Acheson worked first in the US Department of Treasury and later in the US State Department under President Truman.
In 1941, Acheson entered the State Department as an Assistant Secretary, responsible for much of American economic policy during and after World War II, including the Lend-Lease policy, the IMF, the World Bank, and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). He became an Under Secretary of State under President Truman and played a key role during the beginnings of the Cold War. A close advisor to the President, he was the primary author of both the Truman Doctrine and the Marshall Plan.
Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training: Dean Acheson – Architect of the Cold War
Acheson was later appointed Secretary of State in 1949. Other notable mentions include his involvement during the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Cuban Missile Crisis.
The only ones who weren't implicated or involved in this fiasco were David Weintraub and Henry Julian Wadleigh, both of which worked for the US State Department. Wadleigh gave testimony and was a key witness during the trial against Alger Hiss. Almost every single person who worked on the United Nations Charter were accused, stood trial for, and/or convicted of being a communist agent.
From 1938 until 1944, the committee that was investigating the infiltration and espionage into our US Government was the Special Committee to Investigate Un-American Activities, or Dies Committee. This was renamed to House on Un-American Activities Committee in 1945 and then again to the Committee on Internal Security in 1969. It was formally terminated on January 14, 1975. All files and staff were transferred to the House Judiciary Committee.
The year 1975 will be significant later in Part 2.
It was Hiss, and Joseph E. Johnson (who later became Secretary of the Bilderbergers) who wrote much of the UN Charter, patterning it after the Constitution of Russia, and the Communist Manifesto.
Trygve Lie, the first official UN Secretary-General, was a high-ranking member of Norway’s Social Democratic Labor Party, which was an offshoot of the Third Communist International. Dag Hammarskjold, the second Secretary-General, was a Swedish socialist who openly pushed communist policies, and U Thant, the third Secretary, was a Marxist.
Rockefeller's Involvement
Rockefeller was and still is deeply involved in the development of the United Nations and continues to be.
In December, 1946, John D. Rockefeller III donated an 18-acre tract of land in Manhattan (which he had purchased for $8,500,000, with New York City contributing the remaining $4,250,000), to provide the organization with a permanent headquarters, which is located between First Avenue and Roosevelt Drive, and East 42nd and East 48th Streets.
It wasn't just the purchase and donation of some land. Rockefeller's involvement goes much deeper into the United Nation's past and even before its creation. It starts with the League of Nations. The following video highlights just some of his involvement. I have included the original transcript with links to some of the articles below.
Note: Links were updated from the original article due to them being broken.
In this analysis, the direct connection between the Rockefellers and the creation of the United Nations organization will be made.
First, it should be noted that the organization that preceded the United Nations, the League of Nations, received a significant amount of support from Rockefeller related organizations. In 1927, John D. Rockefeller Jr. provided the League of Nations with $2 million to "enhance its international relations library and promote peace through knowledge and understanding". This Library of the League of Nations later became known as the United Nations Office at Geneva when the league transferred its assets to the United Nations. According to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, in a statement praising the Rockefeller family's past and present support of international organizations, the interest from that original $2 million loan still provides approximately $150,000 every biennium to the United Nations.
The Rockefeller Foundation was also heavily involved with the transition from the League of Nations to the United Nations, as documented in the article "The Rockefeller Foundation And The Transition From The League Of Nations To The UN" by Ludovic Tournes of the University of Geneva. Further connections could be drawn between the Rockefeller and the League of Nations. But for the sake of brevity we will move on to the United Nations.
It is no secret that the land that the United Nations is built upon today was purchased with money donated by the Rockefellers. The official Rockefeller Archive Center has this to say on the matter:
"John D. Rockefeller, Jr.'s deep interest in international relations was reflected by his many contributions directed to international causes. Perhaps most outstanding in this field was his gift of $8,515,000 in December, 1946, for the purchase of the land for the permanent home of the United Nations in New York."
This land where the United Nations Headquarters now sits in New York was originally owned by a prominent real estate developer named William "Bill" Zeckendorf. As the story goes, Nelson Rockefeller, on behalf of the United Nations, went to Zeckendorf with an offer to buy the property, Zeckendorf agreed, and Nelson's father John D Rockefeller Jr., donated the money to the United Nations in order to finance the purchase of the land. While this story is usually presented as just another selfless act of charity by the Rockefellers, there is some evidence to suggest that there were ulterior benefits associated with his donation.
Because the United Nations was set to transform the area, which was mostly old buildings and abandoned slaughterhouses, if someone were to own property in the area, they would see a massive increase in value. As luck would have it, David Rockefeller was one of those ownership interests that would benefit financially. In his own autobiography titled "Memoirs", David Rockefeller describes how, after becoming a board member of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the Endowment bought the land across from where the UN building would be erected , and how they profited greatly.
"I turned to Bill Zeckendorf, and he offered us one of the building sites he had acquired on the west side of First Avenue, across from where the new UN building would be erected. Although the area was still filled with abandoned slaughterhouses and decaying commercial buildings, Bill felt the UN and other related projects would permanently transform the area. He recommended that we buy the parcel before land value skyrocketed and then put up our own building.
"Several of the more conservative board members thought that the plan was far too risky and criticized spending the Endowment's limited funds on a construction project in an unproven location. The Endowment's longtime treasurer opposed the project and resigned from the board, predicting it would bankrupt us. However, a strong majority of the board backed the proposal, especially after I was able to persuade Winthrop Aldrich to open a Chase branch on the ground floor. Once the building was completed, we rented much of the building to not-for-profits and easily handled the mortgage payments. As Bill Zeckendorf predicted, the area around the UN quickly became one of New York's prime neighborhoods and continues to be so to this day." (Page 150)
David Rockefeller conveniently leaves out of this passage that it was the same Bill Zeckendorf who sold the land to the United Nations, through the funding of David's father John D Rockefeller Jr., that was selling the Endowment the land near the United Nations off of his "prediction" that the land values would skyrocket. I am not sure of the extent that insider information was involved in this deal, but, in the least, this proves that a Rockefeller did seemingly benefit financially from the creation of the United Nations in that location.
(Side Note: Wikipedia also twice refers to the Rockefellers owning land in another area around the United Nations known as Tudor City. The sources for that information in those two entries seem to be of questionable origin so I cannot yet present that information as fact.)
Another family connection to the founding of the United Nations is David's brother Nelson Rockefeller being a member of the US delegation at the gathering that marked the founding of the United Nations, the 1945 Conference on International Organization. Nelson would also go on to fund the United Nations World Magazine in an effort to promote the UN.
It should be noted the designers of the United Nations Headquarters were working out of an office in Rockefeller Center. The chief architect of this project was Wallace K. Harrison, a man with interesting Rockefeller connections himself. Charlene Mires, author of the book "Capital of the World: The Race to Host the United Nations", describes Harrison as "one of the designers of Rockefeller Center, a Rockefeller relation by marriage, a confidant of Nelson Rockefeller, and a member of the booster committee that had been working to bring the UN to New York."
This Rockefeller supporter of the United Nations continued after the creation of the UN and continues to this day. It would be too much to list all of the ways that Rockefeller related organizations contribute to the United Nations today, but their influence can be seen through examples like the Rockefeller Foundation providing grants to the United Nations, or the Rockefeller Brothers fund funding the United Nations Foundation.
More important, though, than the motive to make some money off of a land deal was the Rockefeller vision of a one world government as revealed on page 405 of David Rockefellers autobiography "Memoirs". It is in this passage that David reveals his family's ultimate goal:
"For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interest of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure -- one world, if you will. if that's the charge, I stand guilty and I am proud of it."
The United Nations fits well into the Rockefeller Family goal "to build a more integrated global political and economic structure-one world". Through United Nations programs, such as Agenda 21, local decision making power is being eroded and being replaced by regional governments that continue to become more centralized. In the analysis titled The Problems with Connecticut Climate Change Policy - Part Four: The Rockefeller Connection, the connections between Agenda 21, the Rockefellers, and current events taking place in Connecticut are detailed. Through these connections a pattern emerges of a system being created that is designed to reduce the decision-making power of individual towns, cities, and states, transferring that power over to large, centralized, non-elected bureaucracies.
To be continued in Part 2...
Questions we should be asking ourselves.
What does the United Nations control exactly? How is it structured? Is the United Nations affecting US current policy?
Is our US Constitution still in affect? What moves were taken to protect it?
What happened in 1976? Was a Declaration of Interdependence signed on the bicentennial anniversary of our Declaration of Independence thereby creating a global government and a New World Order?
Who controls the United States military? How many wars has the UN sent US soldiers to fight in? Is the US funding Ukraine because of the UN?
Is there a way, an action plan that could be implemented, to take our country back? (Hint: Yes. Yes, there is.)
I enjoy the way your writings flow. Easy to read and comprehend complex and woven topics that seemingly connect on the sly… are our overlords getting sloppy, or more bold in the way they entrap themselves, or are we as a populace getting smarter with your help? I vote “all of the above”
