Part 3: The Traitor

At the beginning of his first term, Barry crippled the economy and furthered the interest of the banking elite by flooding the executive branch with members of the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Barry had the backing of the financial district in place through his Presidential authority. The setup was in place.

Phase 2 now begins. The 16-year in-depth plan was implemented. Obama's objectives were:

1. Bring the USA under control of a offshore super bank known as the "Bank of the World".

2. Develop a police state control grid. This was done by building FEMA camps across the country using the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act or HR-645, which merges local government and police under federal control. This would have been in conjunction with Department of Defense Directive 1404.10 (called the Civilian Expeditionary Work Force Directive) which would establish a privatized army under the direct control of POTUS. Barry, using the National Security Presidential Directive 51 (also called the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive) signed by George Bush, would give authority to a legal privatized army.

3. Disarming the public. Barry introduced more than 10 bills to Congress that would demolish the 2nd amendment. If passed, HR-1022 (called the Assault Weapons Ban and Law Enforcement Protection Act of 2007) would allow Attorney General Eric Holder the power to ban any firearm at will. HR-257 (also called the Child Gun Safety and Gun Access Prevention Act of 2009) would ban all youth shooting sports including YMCA and youth shooting clubs. HR-45 (also called the Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009) would force all gun owners to go through federal psychological screening, registration, and testing in order to keep their firearms.

4. Massive restrictions on the first amendment. The President, Congress and FCC developed plans to regulate speech on radio, newspapers, and internet. In other words, censorship. Barry was pressing to pass Draconian hate speech laws to eliminate free speech.

No administration in memory has more thoroughly undermined freedom of speech and of the press than that of President Obama. From the White House itself, as well as the independent and executive branch agencies, have come a steady stream of policies, initiatives, and pronunciamentos that have threatened or compromised both of these constitutional rights. 

The Federal Election Commission is another federal agency that, by the actions of some of its commissioners, today threatens free speech. As reported by FEC Commissioner and former chairman Lee Goodman, the Commission has recently been the scene of tie votes on matters related to online political speech through such as websites, blogs, and podcasts.

The current chairwoman of the FEC, Ann Ravel, has expressed an interest in regulating such speech (even where the content is distributed online for free, as with videos posted on YouTube), despite the Commission’s vote in 2006 designating such content outside the purview of the FEC.

Not to be outdone or forgotten, the Federal Communications Commission, like the FEC a so-called “independent” agency, has also done its bit by sweeping the Internet under its regulatory authority via the FCC’s party-line adoption of the Network Neutrality rules.

The First Amendment problem with net neutrality isn’t that it mandates the equal treatment of all content. As the appeals court noted, without a hint of the irony, the ISPs are now and have been doing that. The problem lies in the fact and precedent of the FCC’s authority over what used to be the completely unregulated Internet.

5. To further federalize health care and to dictate who receives what treatment. Modeled after the British system, it restricts those of the weak and elderly and to include forced vaccinations.

Private health insurance companies paid by Medicaid denied millions of requests for care for low-income Americans with little oversight from federal and state authorities, according to a new report by U.S. investigators published Wednesday.

Medicaid, the federal-state health insurance program for the poor that covers nearly 87 million people, contracts with companies to reimburse hospitals and doctors for treatment and to manage an individual’s medical care. About three-quarters of people enrolled in Medicaid receive health services through private companies, which are typically paid a fixed amount per patient rather than for each procedure or visit.

The original Obamacare bill created a new board, later dubbed a death panel. Ostensibly, its task was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of new and existing drugs and treatments. Its unstated premise was that the U.S. was spending too much money to keep patients alive who were going to die soon anyway and on prolonging people’s lives that were deemed to be of low quality because of pain and discomfort. Fierce opposition ultimately put the kibosh on the board.

Unfortunately, the spirit of that would-be death panel is alive and well in other countries and is once again being pushed here by many medical professionals and observers to save money.

6. Expand the Department of Defense budget to issue more troops overseas to encircle Russia, China, and Iran, as well as setting up in Africa to dominate under the disguise of AFRICOM (United States Africa Command).

7. Radically expand federal control over family farming and ranches through the animal ID system, United States Animal Identification Plan or USAIP, to further tax and regulate the farmlands.

8. Accelerate the merger between USA, Canada, and Mexico. Under the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" accelerating the transfer of remaining federal authority to unelected to the quasi-government body, like the World Trade Organization.

9. Barry must convince that the buck stops with him, being to blame for the economic ruin so that the next Deep State candidate will be embraced with open arms as a savior, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

10. The POTUS (Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama) must sell the public on globalist policies that aren't in the people's best interest. Barry's main priority is to protect the criminal oligarchs from prosecution, while they loot the world's economy and start new wars to further their agenda.

Former President Barack Obama admitted Thursday that "globalization" has "disrupted a lot of traditional societies."

Speaking to Comedy Central host Trevor Noah on "The Daily Show," the 44th president acknowledged that globalism and "modernity" have forced a lot of change down many traditional societies’ throats.

He claimed that this is one of the big reasons that there is a rise of "autocracies" throughout the globe, as they are a response to the uncomfortable changes of a world being knit closer together via a "global economy."

The Crimes

Fast And Furious

Was a Barry (Obama) program to put heavy weapons in the hands of Mexican drug cartels to help secure the drug trafficking into America controlled by the CIA?

Attorney General Eric holder helped in the "execution" of this plan and lied under oath to Congress, which is a felony. FBI along with CIA used tax payer dollars to arm Mexican cartels to traffic drugs into America resulting in thousands of deaths and counting.

Fast and Furious was an operation so cloak-and-dagger Mexican authorities weren't even notified that thousands of semi-automatic firearms were being sold to people in Arizona thought to have links to Mexican drug cartels. According to ATF whistleblowers, in 2009 the U.S. government began instructing gun storeowners to break the law by selling firearms to suspected criminals. ATF agents then, again according to testimony by ATF agents turned whistleblowers, were ordered not to intercept the smugglers but rather to let the guns "walk" across the U.S.-Mexican border and into the hands of Mexican drug-trafficking organizations.

Just as ATF agents feared, on Dec. 14, 2010, in the dark of night in a remote canyon in Rio Rico, Ariz., some of the firearms sent over the border to arm Mexican drug runners were used in a gun battle with the U.S. Border Patrol. During the gunfight, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, 40, was killed by suspected operatives of a Mexican drug-smuggling organization. After a battle that U.S. Border Patrol officers started by shooting bean bags at smugglers armed with AK-47s, police arrested four suspects and recovered three firearms from the scene that have since been traced to Fast and Furious.

Dodson's greatest fear had become reality. He said before the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee: "We knew the next time we'd see the guns would be at crime scenes. And not the first crime these guns were used in, but at the last."

When asked how he thought sending guns into Mexico could lead to busts of drug cartels, Dodson replied, "I have never heard an explanation from anyone involved in Operation Fast and Furious that I believe would justify what we did."

If that wasn't moving enough, during the same congressional hearing held last June, Josephine Terry -- the mother of slain U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry -- was asked if there is anything she would like to say to whomever approved Fast and Furious. After taking a moment to regain her composure, she said, "I don't know what I would say to them, but I would like to know what they would say to me."

Right after the shooting, we do know what some ATF officials were saying to each other. The day after Agent Terry was killed an e-mail exchange among ATF agents at 7:45 p.m. confirmed that two of the weapons that Jaime Avila had purchased as part of Operation Fast and Furious were found at Terry's murder scene. The names on the e-mail were redacted by the government, but the email says, "The two firearms recovered by ATF this afternoon near Rio Rico, Arizona, in conjunction with the shooting death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Terry were identified as 'Suspect Guns' in the Fast and Furious investigation [REDACTED]." A third gun was later linked to the scene.

The House Oversight Committee let loose with a scathing assessment of Eric Holder in a recent report, accusing the Barack Obama-era attorney general of outright misleading Congress on its investigation of the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.

And get this. Among the report’s 300 pages is the committee’s finding that Holder regarded the family of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry as a “nuisance.”

Benghazi

At 9:40 PM on "September  11th," 2012, members of the "Ansar Al-Sharia" attacked the Benghazi US consulate compound in Libya resulting in the deaths of Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

The attack was "blamed" on an internet video. That is a lie. An email from Hillary Clinton on September 12, 2012 stated, "We know the attack in Libya has nothing to do with the film."

After ambassador Stevens requested aid, the orders were refused by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Barry enforced her decision at the cost of four innocent Americans. He claimed that anyone who questioned the narrative was a "wild conspiracy theorist".

Four men died. They lied.

IRS Targeting Conservatives

Barry's administration collaborated with those in upper echelons of the IRS to develop plans to target or go after Tea Party opposition, conservatives, and political rivals.

A federal watchdog investigating whether the Internal Revenue Service unfairly targeted conservative political groups seeking tax-exempt status said that the agency also scrutinized organizations associated with liberal causes from 2004 to 2013.

The findings by the Treasury Department’s inspector general mark the end of a political firestorm that embroiled the I.R.S. in controversy, led to the ouster of its commissioner and prompted accusations the tax collection agency was being used as a political weapon by the Obama administration.

The exhaustive report, which examined nine years worth of applications for tax-exempt status, comes after a similar audit in 2013 found that groups with conservative names like “Tea Party,” “patriot” or “9/12” were unfairly targeted for further review.

NSA Mass Surveillance

During the Barry administration and against constitutional laws, the federal government illegally spied on thousands of Americans. The "Barack Obama" administration finalized new rules to allow the NSA to share this information and surveillance with the other 16 agencies that make up the US intelligence committee. This also resulted in several violations of the FISA Court, which is the "secret court" established in 1978. Intelligence was used on political and opposition opponents such as General Flynn, President Trump, and Carter Paige. This completely violated the 4th Amendment (aka Obamagate/spygate).

In December 2005, Congress was debating the first re-authorization of the Patriot Act, a controversial 2001 law that gave the federal government expanded power to spy on Americans. And Barack Obama was one of nine senators who signed a letter criticizing the then-current version of the legislation for providing insufficient protections for civil liberties.

The senators focused on Section 215 of the Patriot Act, which allows the government to obtain "business records" that are "relevant" to a terrorism investigation.

Congress eventually re-authorized the Patriot Act, including Section 215. A few years later, Obama was elected president of the United States. And under President Obama's watch, the NSA engaged in surveillance suspiciously similar to the broad "fishing expeditions" Sen. Obama warned about.

The government has argued that records of every phone call made in the United States are "relevant" to counter-terrorism investigations generally, allowing them to obtain information about the private phone calls of millions of Americans — exactly the kind of argument Sen. Obama warned the government would make if the language of Section 215 wasn't tightened.

Sen. Obama and his colleagues also objected to the lack of transparency and due process in Section 215. "The target of a Section 215 order never receives notice that the government has obtained his sensitive personal information and never has an opportunity to challenge the use of this information in a trial or other proceeding," they wrote.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Fourth Amendment

On October 21, 2016, the Department of Justice and FBI sought and received a FISA probably cause order (not under Title VII) authorizing electronic surveillance on Carter Page from the FISC. Page is a US citizen who served as a volunteer advisor to the Trump presidential campaign. Consistent with requirements under FISA, the application had to be first certified by the Director, Deputy General (DAG), or the Senate-confirmed Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division.

The FBI and Department of Justice obtained one initial FISA warrant targeting Carter Page and three FISA renewals from the FISC. As required by statute (50 USC 1805(d)(1)), a FISA order on an American citizen must be renewed by the FISC every 90 days and each renewal requires a separate finding of probable cause. Then-Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one. Then-DAG Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Clinton Email Scandal

How did Obama make sure Clinton was not indicted? Obama used a pseudonymous account to communicate with Clinton on her non-secure account. Even though the sharing of classified information on a unsecured server was highly illegal, it held behind Executive Privilege.

Barry claimed on March 7, 2015 that he knew about the server at the same time as everyone else. This was a lie! In fact records show communication going back to 2008. Barack Obama had all communications sealed by "Presidential Records privilege" to avoid the term "Executive Privilege."

In April of 2016, James Comey had issued a statement exonerating Hilary Rodham Clinton. Hilary Rodham Clinton had highly classified sensitive material that if exposed could bring down the entire government.

Seth Rich

A DNC staffer by the name of Seth Rich noticed and decided to download these files to send to Wikileaks (Julian Assange). Yet through the help of MS-13, Seth Rich was taken out by the opposition leaving no records... or so they thought. (Remember Benghazi.)

The death of 27-year-old DNC staffer Seth Rich has been the source of a myriad of conspiracy theories from people who claim he was killed in July because of his connection to WikiLeaks — which the police have denied.

The issue is back in the news nearly a year later after a private investigator hired by his family claimed there is tangible evidence that Mr. Rich was communicating with the WikiLeaks, the organization responsible for publishing thousands of emails from the DNC and the campaign of Hillary Clinton.

WikiLeaks offered a $20,000 reward for any information that would lead to an arrest and conviction in the case, sparking the rumors that Mr. Rich was somehow involved in the leaks to that whistle blower group.

Mr. Rich's death came just before a particularly sensitive time for the DNC. WikiLeaks published thousands of DNC emails and documents on July 22, leading to the resignation of DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz right before the 2016 Democratic National Convention. The DNC had publicly disclosed that their networks had been breached in June of that year.

Those emails were particularly damaging because they showed that the DNC had actively tried to undermine the presidential campaign of Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, who surprised much of the Democratic establishment with a competitive challenge to the eventual nominee, Hillary Clinton.

Secret Service Scandal

The Secret Service under President Barack Obama has been scarred over and over by security breaches and public embarrassments.

Here are the highlights:

November 2009: A Washington couple, Tareq and Michaele Salahi, crash Obama’s first state dinner.

November 2011: A man with a semiautomatic rifle parks in front of the White House and fires at the building, with Sasha Obama inside and Malia Obama on her way home.

April 2012: Eight Secret Service agents doing advance work for a presidential trip to a summit in Colombia lose their jobs after allegations that some took prostitutes from a strip club back to their hotel rooms.

May 2013: A Secret Service supervisor leaves a bullet in a woman’s room at the Hay-Adams hotel, which overlooks the White House, and allegedly tries to force his way into the room to retrieve it.

March 2014: Three Secret Service agents responsible for protecting Obama in Amsterdam are placed on leave after a night of drinking, in violation of Secret Service rules.

Sept. 16, 2014: In perhaps the most chilling of the Secret Service lapses, a security contractor with a gun and an assault record gets on an elevator with the president during a trip to Atlanta.

Sept. 19, 2014: An Iraq war veteran with a knife jumps the White House fence, dashes through the North Portico doors and makes it deep inside the building, into the East Room, before he is tackled, and only then by an off-duty Secret Service agent.

Promised to revoke the Patriot Act, and instead endorsed it once he was in office.

On the campaign trail in 2008, Barack Obama promised to preside over the most transparent administration in U.S. history. “No more secrecy,” he said. “That is a commitment that I make to you.”

As president, however, Obama has embraced many of the same domestic surveillance programs he once derided as a candidate.

Promised to bring troops home during his campaign, yet he sent more over.

Reversing his promise to bring all but a handful of U.S. troops home from Afghanistan this year, President Barack Obama said Thursday that thousands will remain when his successor is sworn in as commander-in-chief in early 2017.

And he hinted that the next president – the third to cope with ongoing wars in Afghanistan and Iraq – may need to further extend those commitments.

Promised to end war in the middle east, yet dropped more bombs than any POTUS in history.

The 542 drone strikes that Obama authorized killed an estimated 3,797 people, including 324 civilians. As he reportedly told senior aides in 2011: “Turns out I’m really good at killing people. Didn’t know that was gonna be a strong suit of mine.”

Looking back at President Obama’s legacy, the Council on Foreign Relation’s Micah Zenko added up the defense department’s data on airstrikes and made a startling revelation: in 2016 alone, the Obama administration dropped at least 26,171 bombs. This means that every day last year, the US military blasted combatants or civilians overseas with 72 bombs; that’s three bombs every hour, 24 hours a day.

The only POTUS to spend ENTIRE Presidency in war (both terms)

President Obama entered the White House with a pledge to bring home U.S. troops from two major wars. Now it looks almost certain he will leave office with U.S. forces engaged in three ongoing conflicts: Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Most of all, he was an insurgent against the sovereignty of the USA.

In his final speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, President Barack Obama said the United States has to give up some freedom in exchange for security.

“We can only realize the promise of this institution’s founding to replace the ravages of war with cooperation if powerful nations, like my own, accept constraints,” Obama said.

“Sometimes I am criticized in my own country for professing a belief in international norms and multilateral institutions,” Obama told the assembly of foreign diplomats. “But I am convinced in the long run, giving up some freedom of action, not giving up our ability to protect ourselves or pursue our core interests, but binding ourselves to the international rules over the long-term enhances our security.”

After declaring that subordinating American sovereignty to a body of international bureaucrats would make the U.S. safer, Obama renewed his call for countries like the U.S. to absorb more Middle Eastern refugees. The president has been facing mounting pressure to tighten the screening and vetting of Middle Eastern immigrants in light of multiple terrorist attacks against the U.S. by foreign-born terrorists.

“Ultimately our world will be more secure if we are prepared to help those in need and the nations who are carrying the largest burden with respect to accommodating these refugees,” he told the U.N.
