We The Media Observations and Musings
Poking Holes in Jon Herold's Statement and Other Random Thoughts
Author's Note: Everything below is stated as opinion. Everything I state and the screenshots taken are the opinions of myself and others and are not to be taken as libel, slander, or defamation. Good luck with that court case Kate and Jon. Also to note, I wrote this prior to reading the leaked chat logs. So my opinion may have changed or may have become more solidified.
Is this really nececessary? This was absolutely necessary to post. It isn’t drama or in-fighting. I am just asking some questions and shining a light along the way.
If you haven’t read Jon Herold’s (aka Patel Patriots) substack statement, you can find it here.
Let’s begin.
I was reading through some of the recent statements put out by members and previous members of We The Media (WTM). I noticed a few discrepancies, irregularities, and curiosities regarding these statements. My focus while writing this was Jon Herold's (aka Patel Patriot's) written statement. So, let's begin.
The Plan
On December 12, Jon Herold's (aka Patel Patriot) made a substack article called Transparency. (I provided a link for it below.) The beginning of which starts off with a statement regarding infighting and We The Media (WTM).
However, he fails to mention the behavior which actually started it all — We The Media blackballing Toria and other accounts, the failed predictions of Jon Herold (aka Patel Patriot), and the constant drama that was being caused behind the scenes at We The Media.
Jon was right. There was a plan hatched around October 7th. He just didn't include the other events that occurred around this time. The plan was to get We The Media to change its ways and to actually reintegrate back into the movement. To be a part of it. And on October 10th, this statement was put out by InevitableET.
It was shortly after that we realized that the statement was just empty words and not actions which would reflect what we needed as a movement.
We The Media has a lot of influence. However, when 90% of their content is reposting current news with social commentary (BQQM) or the theft of other people's research, is that really reflective of who we are or what we were? The problem came from the fact that there were several really huge articles and research projects that came out which could have absolutely affected the Midterm elections and the focus for people who are fighting on the ground.
Toria Brooke became a mascot because several of these stories were directly regarding her own reporting and on the grounds research. But no one will truly understand the importance of the Sussmann trial or the Danchenko trial because these things passed by largely unnoticed.
Another big report surprisingly came partially from inside We The Media itself. It was regarding the Arabella Advisors, or dark money being used to influence our elections. The research was done by Jeffrey Pedersen (aka InTheMatrixxx) and Shannon Townsend (aka ShadyGrooove) and was done back in March 2022. This story which affects election integrity was shoved aside in favor of pushing another narrative — Devolution.
It quickly became clear that real research was being bypassed for witty comments and that the movement was turning into a popularity contest.
Did we really need a group who would silence other voices just so that they could continue posting clips from Fox News, articles from The Gateway Pundit, or another TikTok video with the words BQQM above it? Is it really "media" if all you are doing is sharing other news outlets?
Or did we as a movement need more people who could link these stories together to show us the bigger picture... people who would take the time to figure out what the bigger issues and causes were and how these things came together?
Some other questions were also asked during the course of this.
Why was Toria Brooke being singled out?
Why were really important stories being buried and sidetracked? These should have eventually made national news. But they didn't.
Why was this Devolution theory being pushed so hard? Who was Jon Herold? He popped up right after the Great Purge out of nowhere. And who is Kate Awakening? (You might be asking how Kate Awakening comes into all this. But it would seem she and Jon have been having a relationship of sorts for a while which became known back in August 2022 at The Pit. If you are guessing that they kept that hidden from everyone, you would be correct. Nobody but Kate and Jon really knows how long they have been together.)
So a plan was indeed formed by many patriots — some names known and some not. However, like all good plans, it quickly went sideways. To say that it didn't go the way it was initially intended would be an understatement. Things got a lot more complicated and way worse than anyone could ever imagine or ever thought they could be.
How? Well... I am not to that part of the story yet. And I have not been given authorization to go into that part of it yet. Rest assured, I will be writing about it later. Just not at this moment. I am sorry to disappoint you at this time but I can assure you that information is on its way. If you need more information right now, you can look at The Authority's or Utism's Truth Social timelines to get a sense of where all of this is headed.
At this moment, I am just dissecting some things that were written and some inconsistencies that were spotted while giving you just a little bit of my own insight into the matter.
The Investigation
From Jon Herold's (Patel Patriot’s) statement:
Jon Herold doesn't mention that Kate Awakening is central to most of this story. Some personal slight towards Kate was used for the reason behind blacklisting or blackballing Toria Brooke and her reporting. As some of the internal communications will come to show, Kate Awakening was pushing Devolution, censorship, and the narrative within We The Media.
Jon admits that a private investigator was hired to do research. Private investigators are people who are licensed to work in their state to perform a job much like police do. In some states, this requires previous police experience or similar and educational requirements. The fact that a private investigator was hired was not common knowledge to many people. It wasn't even posted previous to Jon's statement. Interesting.
Jon also fails to mention is that this was on top of several Anons doing their own digs independently and some without knowledge of each other's research activity. When several independent researchers come to the same conclusions... well...
To add even more to the mystery, we have this statement put out by Gregg Phillips.
We know for a fact that Kate Awakening and Jon Herold were at The Pit as Gregg Phillips allegedly invited them. It is the location for where their relationship was suddenly exposed. Questions do arise from this post though.
What did Gregg Phillips know that the rest of us didn't? Who were the two confidential informants? Would we ever find out or get confirmation?
The Week Leading Up to Thanksgiving
Jon makes mention that these events did indeed happen the day before Thanksgiving.
He also asserts that law enforcement have been contacted in several states. I am wondering why. No laws have been broken. Posting things on a social media platform are not against the law as far as I know... as of yet. (Give liberals more time and I am sure it will be.)
From Kate Awakening's statement:
She also made a similar statement on her Truth Social account.
How many lawyers are actually available to meet with new clients the day before Thanksgiving? That seems curious. Did Kate already have them on retainer? If so, why?
From Jon Herold’s (Patel Patriot’s) statement:
Also, I am no law student by any stretch of the imagination, but I do believe that to prove defamation, libel, or slander there needs to be damages, usually in the form of monetary damages. What income stream could have been interrupted within 24 hours of the opinions that were stated? Hmmm...
For all of you who remember, Kash Patel found out that Jon Herold was using part of his name. He made a post on Truth Social saying that they were indeed two different people.
Kash Patel inferred that Jon was using his name in order to gain followers. Could Jon have been accusing others of doing of what he himself had been accused of? Did Jon use Kash's name to leverage support in the community?
I don't think I am the right person to answer this question. So, you will have to come to your own conclusions regarding this.
Kash Patel also made several statements regarding how Devolution was "off the table". One might say that this was said emphatically with the caps lock on. This will be important to remember later on.
Erik Rinehold
For those that don't know, Erik Rinehold is Kash Patel's best friend. They grew up together. So when Kash founded Fight With Kash (FWK), guess who got to be a part of it. If you said Erik Rinehold, you would be correct. Erik basically does the public face for Kash and arranges things with the public. I think it would be safe to say that these two are closely associated.
Let's see. Jon Herold (Patel Patriot) used Kash Patels's name to boost your following, don't respect his best friend, pushed Devolution under said name, and made many failed predictions while under that name. I suppose Jon was just "spitballing and guessing" and could honestly be clueless as to why Kash might be upset? Jon was even blocked by Kash Patel. This, however, was just some giant misunderstanding.
Furthermore, don’t you think Erik Rinehold would know a thing or two regarding defamation considering he is part of an organization that fights against it?
....
Let's come back to all this later.
Badlands Media
Jon Herold must have forgot to mention that he tried buying InevitableET's portion of We The Media.
From InevitableET’s statement:
When that failed, he created Badlands Media and started recruiting people solely out of We The Media. I am sure this didn’t add any tensions to the group dynamics.
Trump's Inner Circle
Notice that last bit. Let me ask you, dear reader, your opinion. If someone from Trump's inner circle, like Kash Patel, came to you and asked you to do something, what would your response be? I know what my answer would be. I can pretty much guess what a lot of patriot’s responses would consist of. So that response there is a bit… odd.
Nobody knew what to believe? Really???
You could have taken Kash Patel and Erik Rinehold at face value. Sometimes people actually say what they mean.
Or it could be that Kash Patel and Erik Rinehold were mad because they were being ignored. It could also be that they weren't getting a limited view of the movement and could see the damage being done by We The Media’s continual push of Devolution. Damage that was being wholeheartedly ignored and rebuked by We The Media. Not just because of Devolution itself being spread but because other important stories were not and were not gaining the national attention they should have.
What leaders do in this movement has an effect. Sometimes that effect is small. Other times it is very far reaching.
If it was just ego being the drive behind it, that is one thing. But say there was a more sinister force behind Devolution being pushed, like a foreign intelligence agency, that is something else entirely.
I highly doubt that Kate Awakening. Kash Patel blocking Jon Herold wasn't tearing people apart. However look at what Devolution has done to this movement. Look at where we are today. Look at what is happening. Belief in that theory can and will tear this movement apart. It is the opposite of what every Constitutionalist and conservative believes in and is fighting for.
It would seem that Kate Awakening and Jon Herold are only interested in their image and the influence that comes from it. I wonder why.
Jon Herold did know exactly what this was all about by the way. He was told. He failed to listen. Jon didn't divert course. Or it was your mission... excuse me... intent not to.
This operation was also put on hold until after Midterm elestions and Trump's announcement to run for President in 2024. The reasoning was to limit the distractations away from those two things as they were deemed more important and pressing. They do... you know... have a lot to do with taking our country back.
The secondary reason behind this delay was that there was hope that Devloution would fade away with Trump’s announcement. Sadly it didn’t.
Failed Tests
During any operation people can and will be tested to see if they break their cover or leak information. This can be done by way of pressure from enemy opposition, by having your cover blown, or as a test of your allegiance and ability to stay the course you are on.
A person can be fed information, whether true or false. Pieces of information are leaked to the person in question to see who they talk to, where information is being leaked, and where exactly it ends up.
One of the rules of being part of a clandestine operation is you never ever break your cover. Not even if you are discovered. You play dumb. You stay behind your cover. Only when you are safely secured outside the realm of the operation do you drop your cover.
One thing which is interesting is that you can be reasoning behind being accused of being a spy. The first reason is someone is fishing for information. They are unsure of your loyalty. They hope that when faced with the shocking question you will panic and slip up. This actually is quite effective. The second reason is someone wants to bring you closer into their confidence. They want verbal confirmation that you can indeed be trusted because they are having some sort of hesitations and don't fully trust their gut. “I want to tell you something but I need to know you aren’t going to talk to so and so.”
Unfortunately, these four failed the test.
Black Box Security and Liz Crokin
Jon Herold’s statement confuses me. Anyone who is familiar with Liz Crokin's work knows that she is knowledgeable in regards to Hollywood’s inner workings. She has done numerous podcasts on this subject and has been a huge voice to bring attention to sex trafficking, pedogate, and so on.
So to say Liz knows nothing about Black Box along with similar companies and how they work would be... it seems like a stretch to me. I don't think Jon Herold is familiar with her work. If only stopping human trafficking was a big part of this movement.
Side Note: Does anyone remember in the early days of Twitter that nice little thread on Hugh Hefner, the Playboy Mansion, and the CIA honeypot? I was just wondering. Too bad we don't have our Twitter accounts back yet or I would link it.
The Gregg Phillips, Kash Patel and Erik Rinehold Angle
Could it be because Gregg Phillips, Kash Patel, and Erik Rinehold have more important things to do and they delegated the task to someone they trusted?
Several Days Before?
That sixth point there.
“Authority had apparently convinced AO and maybe a couple of others of this several days before...”
Didn't Jon Herold say at the beginning of his substack that this operation was launched back in October? Silly me. I must be mistaken.
The Way MSM Does Reporting
Have they been watching the news? When was the last time the MSM asked questions and needed answers? I didn't think the MSM did that anymore and was more about making blind accusations.
There is one movement that does ask questions and need more answers — The Truth Movement.
And We Are Back To Kash
If you really respected Kash Patel, why not listen to him? Why disrespect his business associate and best friend Erik Rinehold? You say one thing but your actions are speaking a different language.
Final Author's Note: These are just some of my first impressions after reading Jon's substack. I am including the links below. If you want to see We The Media's full chat logs, I am including a link to that as well. Everything written above is my opinion and only my opinion. I am just spittballing, yo.
