PAC never claimed to be a PAC.

P.A.C. = Peaceful American Constitutionalists.

Every members understands what and why it is.

Glad you’re covering this topic. I’m not a journalist…in fact, I’m nobody special, but I’ve been digging into “Ingersoll Lockwood, Inc” for quite some time. There are two questions I remain flummoxed by…

1. What happened to the $105K they raised to begin “Peaceful American Constitutionalists?”

The membersPAC website no longer exists and if people were in fact, scammed…I can find no mention whatsoever in my searches.

UPDATE: This question has been answered. -P.A.C. served it’s purpose by protecting the interests of and defending American citizens during the lockdowns and layoffs. To be clear, P.A.C. was the real deal.

2. When the site first appeared mid-2021, the following individuals were listed as board members of Ingersoll Lockwood, Inc:

-Steven G. Samuels, US DHS (founding member), Chairman

-James Gorman, US Navy (retired), Vice Chairman

-James Hess, US Army (retired) , Director

-James Henderson, DoD Consultant (active), Director

-Timothy J. Goulden, US Army (retired), Director

-Paul Hemphill, US Army (retired), Director

-Al Fulchino, US Patriot, Director

-Olivier Vallez, Esq., Secretary of the Board, Director

Over time, the board reduced in number, until the website ceased identifying board members entirely. Of the names listed above, only Gorman, Hess & Hemphill could be identified with 100% certainty, but again, I haven’t researched their identities since early-mid 2022.

Sorry for the long note.

Peaceful American Constitutionalists (P.A.C. - not a PAC) helped defend members' rights during COVID lockdowns and layoffs. It served its purpose, and members are mostly happy - there were internal squabbles, but it was not a scam.

Thank you for your response. I’m thankful for the information shared via the Ingersoll Lockwood website, but P.A.C. was the one puzzle I couldn’t solve…. On a personal note, I wasn’t able to join with the initial group, but held out hope they would eventually allow for new members to join. There really wasn’t a lot of information out there after the membersPAC site went down.

Thank you for clearing this up and I will amend my post

All this reminds me of Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power (https://archive.org/details/48-laws-of-power-robert-greene). "I know something you don't" people are usually running a scam.

Interesting little maze we have going on here. This is howe I remember being as a kid on a treasure hunt--all awake and giddy with expectation.
