If this reads like something between a spy novel and a murder mystery, it is because it is. It was the attempted death of MAGA. In Part 1 of this series, I have shown you how infiltration is achieved. In Part 2, I have shown you the major groups and their actions within the movement. It Part 3, I have shown you the individuals and how they are all connected. In Part 4, I have shown you the possible motivations behind these actions.
What I haven't shown you is who has access to these resources I outlined in Part 1 and what their connection to a single individual is. If this was indeed a murder mystery novel, I would have to show motive, means, and opportunity, right? So, let's finish up the means part of this series.

I am going to preface this by saying it goes against my personal ethics to dox anyone. While those who I talk about in this series may or may not engage in such practices, I am not them. I will stand by my personal ethics and principles. Therefore, I will be blurring out names and images except for those who are public figures or from images which are made available through very public forums. If you wish to look this information up, then that is your choice. I will tell you where I found information, but I will not be mentioning any names.
It should be noted that any family members mentioned in this are innocent parties. They should be treated as such. Even then, it is not our place to dox, harass, or intimidate them. We DO NOT want to become the thing we are fighting against. You are part of the MAGA movement. Be better than them. Do things the right way or not at all.
Everything I have found, I found with a keyboard and web browser (several since they use different algorithms). I know there are OSINT tools out there. However, I am old school. I hunt and peck until I find what I am looking for. It is tedious and frustrating. But it allows me to see things that often get missed.
Sometimes the noteworthy thing will be the oddball in the search results — the thing that doesn't belong. Sometimes it is the one thing being censored on one web browser but not the others. Other times it is the thing repeated word for word throughout the web that will clue you in as to what you are looking for, as in the case of Mr. Haim Eshed. His official biography was scripted and pushing an official narrative.
This was the exact same case for one Ed Mlavsky.

Who Is Ed Mlavsky?
Ed Mlavsky, the father of Israel's high-tech venture capital...
Ed Mlavsky founded Gemini Israel Ventures in 1993 and is widely recognized as one of the founding fathers of Israeli high-tech and venture capital. A longtime innovator and advocate for venture capital, he was chosen to manage the first venture capital fund to emerge from the Israeli government's Yozma program.
Prior to founding Gemini, Ed served as Executive Director of the Israel-US Bi-national Industrial Research & Development Foundation (BIRD) where he was responsible for investments of $100 million in more than 300 joint projects between US and Israeli high-tech companies. Before that, Ed was Executive Vice President of Mobil Tyco Solar Energy Corporation. Until 1974, Ed held a number of positions at Tyco, a company he co-founded, including board member, Chief Technical Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer. Today, Tyco International (NYSE: TYCO) has a market capitalization of $24B.
Ed's long list of lifetime accolades includes, but is not limited to, being elected in 1989 as a member of the elite Cosmos Club in Washington DC. In 1994, he was awarded the degree of Doctor Scientarium Technicarum Honoris Causa by the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. In April 2003, Ed received the Israel High-Tech Award from the Israel Venture Association in recognition of his unique contribution to the development of the Israel high-tech industry. In 2010, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Israel Management Center (IMC). Ed also serves as the Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel.
Ed holds a First Class Honors BSc degree in Chemistry (1950) and a PhD in Physical Chemistry (1953) from Queen Mary College, University of London. His publications include 53 scientific and technical papers, and 24 patents.
Gemini Israel Ventures: Ed Mlavsky, Chairman Emeritus and Founding Partner
If you search in other places, you will pretty much see the exact same thing repeated — a carefully crafted narrative. Needless to say, Ed is just a nickname. His full name is Dr. Abraham Isaac Mlavsky.
In short, Ed Mlavsky was born in London on July 13, 1929. He has a BS in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of London. He worked at a research scientist at General Electric in England from 1953 to 1956.
Then, in 1956, Ed Mlavsky moved to the United States. He worked for the Transitron Corporation in Wakefield, Massachusetts (approximately 30 miles outside of Boston) as a semiconductor scientist and was later promoted to Executive Vice President and Director. It was here that his career really started to take off. In 1960 he became the President and Chief Operating Officer of TYCO International in Exeter, New Hampshire until 1974. It was at this point where he founded the Mobil TYCO Solar Energy Corporation in Waltham, Massachusetts (approximately 30 miles outside of Boston again) and became its Executive Vice President until 1979.
In 1979, Ed Mlavsky moved to Israel to take up an appointment as the Executive Director of the Israel-United States Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation in Tel Aviv until 1993.
Needless to say, he has a pretty impressive resume, which includes working on projects for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) at NASA and the Department of Energy while working for Tyco International and Mobil Tyco Solar Energy Corporation. (Working on joint projects for NASA and the DOE wasn't unusual during this period of time.)

What is BIRD?
BIRD is an acronym for Israel-U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development. The BIRD Foundation’s mission is to stimulate, promote and support industrial R&D of mutual benefit to the U.S. and Israel.
The BIRD Foundation was established by the U.S. and Israeli governments in 1977 to generate mutually beneficial cooperation between U.S. and Israeli companies, including start-ups and established organizations. BIRD provides both matchmaking support between U.S. and Israeli companies, as well as funding covering up to 50 percent of project development costs, up to $1M per project (and in rare cases up to $1.5M for exceptional projects). BIRD takes no equity in the companies.

The Jonathan Pollard Affair
If you have never heard of the Jonathan Pollard Affair, it is okay. It happened during the Cold War in the 1980's. Only, it didn't involve Russia. It involved Israel and it was only labeled the worst espionage scandal in US history.
A few years before Gemini was created, while Mlavsky still headed BIRD, the foundation became embroiled in one of the worst espionage scandals in US history, the Jonathan Pollard affair.

Pollard, a civilian intelligence analyst for the U.S. Navy, sold military secrets to Israel while working at the Pentagon in the 1980s. He was arrested in 1985 after trying unsuccessfully to gain asylum at the Israeli Embassy in Washington and pleaded guilty. The espionage affair embarrassed Israel and tarnished its relations with the United States for years.

How involved was the BIRD Foundation and Ed Mlavsky?
In the indictment of US citizen Pollard for espionage on Israel’s behalf, it was noted that Pollard delivered the documents he stole to agents of Israel at two locations, one of which was an apartment owned by Harold Katz, the then legal counsel of the BIRD Foundation and an adviser to Israel’s military, which oversaw Israel’s scientific intelligence-gathering agency, Lekem. US officials told the New York Times at the time that they believed Katz “has detailed knowledge about the [Pollard] spy ring and could implicate senior Israeli officials.”
Subsequent reporting by journalist Claudia Wright pointed the finger at the Mlavsky-run BIRD Foundation as one of the ways Israeli intelligence funneled money to Pollard before his capture by US authorities.

The agency which planted, protected, and paid Pollard is the Israeli-U.S. Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation, an intergovernmental organization which acts as a channel between the U.S. Treasury and State Department and the Israeli Defense Ministry and Mossad. The organization is a product of Henry Kissinger’s tenure at the State Department, and one of dozens which have been used to run joint U.S.-Israeli covert operations, of the sort typified by the Iran-Contra sales.
BIRD, BARD, and the BSF maintain an endowment of $300 million in Israeli banks. One bank known to be tied to the BIRD network is the Bank of Boston, which Harold Katz had used to pay Pollard for his espionage. In 1984, then U.S. Attorney in Boston William Weld protected the Bank of Boston, when it was caught laundering over $2 billion in illicit funds used to finance intelligence operations such as BIRD’s. U.S. intelligence sources stress that the secret to the BIRD network is the petro-dollar recycling apparatus established by Kissinger following the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.
The BIRD network, and its associated covert banking apparatus, is simply one such “off-budget,” putatively U.S.-Israeli capability, that has been financed by petro-dollars and dope.
Boston, huh? I am sure this will be an important part of this story. Just wait until the end.
Was Ed Mlavsky ever implicated or tied to this? Not directly. But do you think that the Executive Director of the BIRD Foundation might be unaware of its programs? How about an espionage operation so large that it was later dubbed the largest espionage scandal in the world?

Do you remember Haim Eshed from Part 3 of this substack series?
A former Israeli space security chief has sent eyebrows shooting heavenward by saying that earthlings have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a "galactic federation."
"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet," Haim Eshed, former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate, told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper. The interview in Hebrew ran on Friday, and gained traction after parts were published in English by the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.
Eshed added that President Donald Trump was aware of the extraterrestrials' existence and had been "on the verge of revealing" information but was asked not to in order to prevent "mass hysteria."

Haim Eshed was educated in aeronautics and astronautics. He worked in various space technology research facilities that specialized in satellite surveillance and ultra lightweight drones. His positions included being the chair of the Space Committee of the National Council for Research and Development for the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Space; a member of the steering committee for the Israel Space Agency; director of the space programs for Israel Ministry of Defense; and was a colonel in Israel's Military Intelligence Directorate (Unit 81).
Do you think Ed Mlavsky might have known him, worked with him, or had meetings with him while he was Executive Director of the BIRD Foundation? Do you think that the Director of the Space Program might have known the Executive Director of the BIRD Foundation, who was responsible for funding their projects?

By the time Mlavsky stepped down from BIRD in 1992, the foundation had invested $92 million in more than 320 projects that generated more than $3 billion in sales. It continues to foster relationships in the high-tech sector.
Before long, Mlavsky was offered the directorship of a VC being formed by an Israeli holding company, a Boston-based international private equity company and an Israeli government entity. It was Sally who came up with the name: Gemini Israel Funds.
It was in 1993 that Ed Mlavsky started Gemini Israel Ventures in Herzlia Pituach, Israel.
One of the first companies Gemini invested in was CommTouch (now Cyren), which was founded by ex-IDF officers and later led by Isabel Maxwell.

CommTouch's history has been interesting. They were unable to net a profit for years and were consistently hemorrhaging millions of dollars.
However, from their founding through early 1997, CommTouch struggled to stay afloat, unable to turn a profit and unable to secure any notable deals or to expand its company beyond 25 employees. Yet, thanks to Gemini Israel Ventures and “grants” from Israel’s government, which were used to finance the research and development of its products, CommTouch managed to stay afloat. As late as 2006, CommTouch noted in official documents that the company “has a history of losses and may never achieve profitability,” further noting that they hemorrhaged millions of dollars a year in net losses. Clearly, the decision by Gemini Israel Ventures and Israel’s government to continue to pour money into a decidedly unprofitable company for several years was motivated by something other than profits.

So in 1997, CommTouch sought out a new president and that president would be Isabel Maxwell, Robert Maxwell's daughter and Ghislaine Maxwell's sister.
At some point in early 1997, CommTouch decided to enter the U.S. market and began seeking out a new President for the firm who had “local clout.” “We knew exactly what we were looking for,” Gideon Mantel later told Wired ofCommTouch’s search, “Someone who knows her way around the Valley.” They found their woman in the daughter of Israeli “superspy” and PROMIS salesman par excellence, Isabel Maxwell.

Was Gemini Israel Ventures and CommTouch aware of Isabel's past and intelligence connections?
Isabel’s past with both Magellan and Information on Demand were clearly known to CommTouch at the time of Isabel’s hiring.

Under Maxwell’s leadership, CommTouch developed close ties to Microsoft, partially due to Maxwell’s relationship with its cofounder Bill Gates.

Microsoft ended up putting CommTouch into all its products. And since Microsoft is sold with every computer manufactured, one has to wonder what the money bought.
While Microsoft is known for many things, it is best known for Windows — and for years, rumors have swirled for years that major parts of the operating system were developed in Israel, something the company has confirmed although it has never specified just which components of Windows are “Israeli.” Gates, who does know, wasn’t telling either.

By 2006, the company was over $170 million in debt. Isabel Maxwell left her position at CommTouch in 2001 but for years retained a sizable amount of CommTouch stock valued at the time at around $9.5 million. Today, Isabel Maxwell is, among other things, a “technology pioneer” of the World Economic Forum.
If you are wondering, CommTouch has rebranded to Cyren. Per Cyren's website, "Cyren stops malware, phishing and spam. We provide the earliest detection of email, malware, and web cyber attacks to protect over 2 billion users."
While this isn't exactly espionage, it is still tied to Israel's world of intelligence, Mossad, and spycraft, as the next section will show. Therefore, twice is coincidence...
The PROMIS Software Scandal
This part of the story doesn't involve Ed Mlavsky (that I know of). However, it does involve Robert Maxwell, Isabel Maxwell's father, and does show a pattern in the types of behaviors Israel was engaged in at that time.
PROMIS stands for Prosecutor’s Management Information System and was software first used by the U.S. Department of Justice, and later numerous intelligence agencies domestic and foreign. The software was stolen from Bill and Nancy Hamilton of INSLAW corporation, and then bugged by Earl Brian (who was at the time one of President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George H.W. Bush’s envoy to Iran,) and Rafi Eitan, whom was director of Israeli intelligence agency LAKEM.
Eitan then recruited British publisher Robert Maxwell to sell copies of PROMIS equipped with a Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) “back-door” to the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of friendly and adversarial governments worldwide. This was so that Israel and the NSA could steal other countries’ intelligence secrets. Maxwell succeeded in the sale of more than half a billion dollars of unauthorized, copyright-infringing versions of PROMIS, while the amount of sold copies by Khashoggi, Armitage, Ghorbanifar, Eitan and likely others are unknown.
This was done primarily through Brian’s company Hadron, and Systematics Inc run by Jackson Stephens, as well as by Mossad-linked super spy media mogul Robert Maxwell’s company Degem who was also said to have been involved with the Russians then-Soviets, at the time.
Robert Maxwell, Isabel Maxwell's father, was heavily involved in this operation. But what about Isabel Maxwell herself?
Aside from her father’s own ties to Israeli intelligence, it is worth noting that Isabel [Maxwell]’s own history – up to the point she joined CommTouch – involved her working for the Israeli intelligence front company used by her father to sell bugged PROMIS software in the U.S., Information on Demand, and subsequently the search engine Magellan.

The Orion Platform was a piece of software owned by a company called SolarWinds. According to SolarWinds' archived website:
The SolarWinds Orion Platform is a powerful, scalable infrastructure monitoring and management platform designed to simplify IT administration for on-premises, hybrid, and software as a service (SaaS) environments in a single pane of glass. There’s no need to struggle with multiple incompatible point monitoring products, as the Orion Platform consolidates the full suite of monitoring capabilities into one platform with cross-stack integrated functionality.
So basically, it created one single software package to replace multiple software packages traditionally used in IT (Internet Technology) administration.
On December 13, 2020, it was discovered that Orion and SolarWinds was infected with a malware. Its purpose was to steal important company data and proprietary information. Less than 18,000 systems were infected.
In a December 14 SEC filing, SolarWinds said that of its more than 300,000 customers, they believed that less than 18,000 entities may have downloaded the Orion update during the March-June 2020 timeframe, which likely included the malware. The malware operated stealthily and exfiltrated [or extracted] valuable intellectual property, confidential and proprietary data, emails, and other valuable information from victims’ systems. It was unknown until prominent cybersecurity firm FireEye, also a victim of the attacks, discovered the malware and reported on the attacks on December 13, 2020.
Here's the problem. Many of those corporate entities were government entities. Proprietary information wasn't just stolen. Information could have been stolen from both contractors and government agencies themselves.
The recently discovered cyber attacks against numerous U.S. government departments and thousands of public and private sector entities around the world, via a compromise of SolarWinds software, underscore the risks associated with third party vendors and raise questions about liability. The attacks were allegedly perpetrated by Russia and were highly sophisticated.
This wasn't just any malware. It was sophisticated and elegant. And since the "Russia! Russia! Russia!" narrative was in full swing at the time, guess who got blamed and had sanctions placed on them by Biden.
The US is set to announce new sanctions against Russia as soon as Thursday in retaliation for Moscow’s interference in elections, alleged bounties on US soldiers in Afghanistan, and cyber-espionage campaigns such as the SolarWinds hack, according to reports in US and international media.

I am sure the question few people thought to ask. Was the SolarWinds Hack indeed a Russian cyber-espionage campaign? Maybe. But then again, maybe not. Is this like that one time when Russia blew up their own pipeline?
The hack, which affected Texas-based software provider SolarWinds, was blamed on Russia on January 5 by the US government’s Cyber Unified Coordination Group. Their statement asserted that the attackers were “likely Russian in origin,” but they failed to provide evidence to back up that claim.
For one, the malware was inserted with administrator privilege.
The malware had highly credentialed access to the system and could disable system services, reboot machines, exfiltrate [extract] data, execute files, change system configurations, and perform actions usually taken by a highly privileged system administrator.
Also, SolarWinds was recently acquired by another company — Samanage.
Though some contractors and subsidiaries of SolarWinds are now being investigated, one that has yet to be investigated, but should be, is Samanage. Samanage, acquired by SolarWinds in 2019, not only gained automatic access to Orion just as the malicious code was first inserted, but it has deep ties to Israeli intelligence and a web of venture-capital firms associated with numerous Israeli espionage scandals that have targeted the US government. Israel is deemed by the NSA to be one of the top spy threats facing US government agencies and Israel’s list of espionage scandals in the US is arguably the longest, and includes the Jonathan Pollard and PROMIS software scandals of the 1980s to the Larry Franklin/AIPAC espionage scandal in 2009.
Samanage was part of Gemini Israel Ventures investment profile. It became part Gemini Israel Ventures investment ventures in 2012, 7 years prior to the SolarWinds hack.
Wasn't Isabel Maxwell, spy master Robert Maxwell's daughter and Ghislaine Maxwell's sister, involved with the software called PROMIS?
Three times is enemy opposition...
I am sure this type of investment ventures is all in the past for Gemini Israel Ventures and Ed Mlavsky. Surely they don't engage or invest into markets that could be utilized in such activities and the activities I outlined in Part 1 of this substack series.
Israel was singled out in 2007 as a top espionage threat against the U.S. government, including its intelligence services, in a newly published National Security Agency (NSA) document obtained by fugitive leaker Edward Snowden, according to a news report Monday.
In a section of the document headed "Foreign Intelligence, Counterintelligence; Denial & Deception Activities: Countering Foreign Intelligence Threats," Israel was listed as a leading perpetrator of "espionage/intelligence collection operations and manipulation/influence operations…against U.S. government, military, science & technology and Intelligence Community".
The term "manipulation/influence operations" refers to covert attempts by Israel to sway U.S. public opinion in its favor.

Investing In Chaos
Tracking the connections between companies and Gemini Israel Ventures and the corporations they have influence in is difficult. For one, their employees end up with board positions for those companies with every investment, both current and past. For another, some of those companies are holding companies or parent companies for several other companies. Finally, every employee at Gemini Israel Ventures holds all their previous board positions they have gained during their tenure at other investment firms. Couple that with the fact that dark PR firms or firms that engage in activities to sway political opinion don't necessarily advertise their services as such.
With that being said, is Gemini Israel Ventures engaged in disinformation campaigns? Does Gemini Israel Ventures invest in technology that could be used for disinformation campaigns? Do they push narratives? Do they get involved in foreign political affairs?

This isn't a huge media outlet. But let's continue.
Outbrain
Outbrain is a company which generates revenue for online publishers. It does this by displaying feeds of content and ads, or boxes of links to pages within a website or mobile platform. So in other words, they push content and narratives using targeted advertising.
Just as Amazon recommends books and Netflix movies, Outbrain recommends news, blogs and other content. Outbrain's technology uses a complex set of algorithms to serve up stories of particular interest to each individual reader's preferences, finding content that simple "related links" would not. Tens of thousands of websites have installed Outbrain, and tens of millions of ratings and recommendations are being served by Outbrain daily.
Cyabra
This is where things take a much darker turn.
Some Israelis have found themselves in uncomfortable situations. I met with Yossef Daar, one of the founders of Cyabra. Daar previously worked at a company that specialized in creating fake online identities and using those fabricated personas to discredit people. When Daar first joined the company it worked against terrorist organizations; a noble cause. However, slowly Daar found himself working on much less clear-cut projects. So, instead, he left and helped found a company that would fight against the very type of work he had been doing.

Could Cyabra be used against those within the MAGA movement?
The sprawling bot network was uncovered by researchers at Cyabra, an Israeli tech firm that shared its findings with The Associated Press. While the identity of those behind the network of fake accounts is unknown, Cyabra’s analysts determined that it was likely created within the U.S.
To identify a bot, researchers will look for patterns in an account’s profile, its follower list and the content it posts. Human users typically post about a variety of subjects, with a mix of original and reposted material, but bots often post repetitive content about the same topics.
That was true of many of the bots identified by Cyabra.
“One account will say, ‘Biden is trying to take our guns; Trump was the best,’ and another will say, ‘Jan. 6 was a lie and Trump was innocent,’” said Jules Gross, the Cyabra engineer who first discovered the network. “Those voices are not people. For the sake of democracy I want people to know this is happening.”

The claim by Cyabra — in the company's first public interview since conducting a study commissioned by Musk that found spam and bot accounts make up an estimated 11% of Twitter's total user base — highlights the headache that may await Musk now that he appears ready to complete his $44 billion acquisition of the social media platform.
Cyabra CEO Dan Brahmy told CNN last week that in addition to studying Twitter (TWTR), his company has done similar assessments of the company's rivals — although he declined to name any specific platforms — and that the fake-account problem appears to be comparatively worse for Twitter than its peers. Using a machine-learning algorithm that analyzes "hundreds" of parameters, he said, Cyabra provides estimates of whether certain online accounts and content are authentic.

This uptick in pandemic-related online deceit comes as both governments and corporations have been struggling in recent years with how to detect and respond to dangerous and damaging information.
The U.S. State Department added Cyabra to its tool chest to help monitor online information around topics like elections both at home and abroad.
Cyabra leaves it up to its clients, whether they are governmental bodies or private companies, to choose how to respond to detected disinformation, Brahmy said. While the platform can identify fake or malicious information, it is up to clients to analyze its potential impact and figure out what to do about it.

I am going to walk you through how Lala Beamz's (an alias) connection to Ed Mlavsky was discovered. There should be no confusion that multiple points connecting the two were made and confirmed by other sources.
Do you remember when I said that certain people in these groups have issues with the law? Lala Beamz (an alias), also known as Exposing Flynn Networks on Truth Social and Telegram, was no different.
It was through these records that the identity to the father of her child was discovered due to a domestic battery dispute.
Apparently, Eddie, the father to Lala Beamz's (an alias) daughter, had just as much issue with staying out of trouble.
Some of these arrests required a cash bond. The name on those cash bonds was Debbie.
It was with at this point that an obituary was found. Eddie's father David had passed away in a car accident.
But in that obituary were the words "Sally and Ed of Herzlia Pitauch, Israel..." Internet searches for Ed returned Ed Mlavsky of Gemini Israel Ventures. Curious, people dug further. This is when investigations into possible social media accounts were made.
Ed Mlavsky is a public figure and author. He published a book called "Milk and Honey and High-Tech" on May 1, 2009. His picture is on the cover and matches the older gentleman in the social media post on the left.
Furthermore, the text to the social media post on the right included the text "Where is Grandma Sally?" Ed Mlavsky's wife's name is Sally. The post was made by a Deborah. One nickname for Deborah is Debbie.
But he and his wife Sally, and their three teenagers ended up staying, as Mlavsky was tapped for the executive directorship of the newly established Israel-US Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation (BIRD) in 1979.
And then we see some of the same family that were in the public social media posts appear in this public YouTube video wishing Ed Mlavsky a happy birthday. The video was posted on August 11, 2009. The description of the video reads as follows:

The connection between Lala Beamz and Ed Mlavsky wasn't exactly a secret. It had been uncovered by others before. These people were missing other material facts that would have tied this all together and therefore couldn't put the pieces together.

I have questions regarding this. Lala Beamz (an alias), also known as Exposing Flynn Networks on Truth Social and Telegram, said she only met him once. But I need to ask, did she have connections with his businesses? Plural.
Before long, Mlavsky was offered the directorship of a VC being formed by an Israeli holding company, a Boston-based international private equity company and an Israeli government entity. It was Sally who came up with the name: Gemini Israel Funds.
Ed Mlavsky didn't have control of just one company. He had control of two separate companies, which were formed at the same time in 1993. One based in Israel, and the other based in the Boston, Massachusetts area. He was offered the directorship of a venture capital company being formed — the flagship for financing Israel's high-tech industry. It wasn't just a company. It was another arm of the BIRD Foundation and its mission. There was always two parts to the BIRD Foundation — an Israeli component and a US one.
That US component was based near Boston, Massachusetts — not under the name Gemini Israel Ventures. But under the name Gemini Investors.
