The Cover Letter
What is WORMSCAN?
Well… Up until a few days ago, I thought it was a myth.
WORMSCAN is a collection of news items concerning the involvement of police, lawyers, judges, politicians, bankers, prison guards, spooks, and other social predators in the enormously profitable illegal drug business. It was created by David P. Breiter in 1995 on an old text-based website. It was so named because he opened “a can of worms”.
There is one reference to who David P. Breiter might be as to establish its authenticity. I found a single sentence in a book about the Oklahoma City bombing. I have no idea who the author is. But here is the reference:
Fortier reaches out to the FBI:
FBI FD-302, file no. 4477, May 12, 1995, was written by Agent David Beiter, who received the Kit Kat wrapper from Fortier.
As far as the contents itself, I have never seen anything like this. I knew the corruption was deep. I didn’t know it went this deep. These documents do not hold back. It is going to take me a while to get them out there. There are hundreds of pages.
